The AMI Combination Tub Box is designed to fulfill the same need as the Special Tub Box Form, with the addition of two 2" diameter sleeves to receive hot and cold water risers.

Size of the Combination Tub Box is 10" x 12" with overall depth equal to floor thickness. Custom configurations are our specialty.
